After registration for the classroom session:

All students need to send/drop off to the office a copy of their birth certificate, ID or Passport (to prove they are at least 15 before the end of the classroom session).

Students also need a High School Approval Form that shows they passed 8 classes in the last two semesters.

If students are home-schooled they need the Home-school Parental Consent form

After registration for behind the wheel only:

Students need an official transcript from their high school that shows passing classroom drivers education.
